Home aerobic exercise could be as simple as cleaning up the home or just playing your favorite music and doing some heavy duty dancing. Alternatively, you could have some home fitness equipment installed like steps or rebounders. Skipping is an excellent aerobic exercise that can be done at home. Or another alternative would be to get an exercise video and follow the instructions.

Always bear in mind that for the aerobic exercise to be considered effective, it must
a. Increase your heartbeat rate and 
b. Quicken your breathing.
 For your outdoor aerobic exercise to be effective, consider jogging, cycling, swimming or just walking briskly. The constant movement gives you a good aerobic exercise.

You may also get your name enrolled at a local health club. Most of the gyms will offer you a number of options. Rowing, treadmill, cross trainers, ski machine and exercise bikes have proven to be good aids to an aerobic workout. Do not strain yourself to one machine or one level of speed. The body might not respond to the same exercises in the same way for a long period of time. 

If you can perform aerobic weight loss exercises at least for half an hour to one hour, 3 to 5 times a week, you will surely achieve your weight loss goals.
